Once we have confirmed your date is available we will send you a booking form to complete and return to us.

This form tells us exactly what we need to know regarding your wedding, from then on we look after everything else for you.

The only thing you need to do is ensure you are at the pick up address on the day Your car will arrive 45 minutes before you are due to leave, this gives you peace of mind knowing we are there and time for photos.

It is the policy of Beau Bells to guarantee your car will only be used for your wedding on that day, therefore you are free to take as much time and as many photos of the car as you wish.

Your chauffeur will be dressed in full uniform and hat. Complimentary champagne is included in the price or we can provide an alternative.

The car will be decorated with ribbons, flowers and sheepskin over rugs. As an added momento of your day a personalised number plate can be added to the car for photos and then is yours to keep.
